The L Series is world-renowned as Yamaha's highest-priced acoustic guitars.

The medium jumbo body and all veneer specs feature Ingleman spruce on the top and rosewood on the side and back.
The top wood is treated with our original "A.R.E (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement)" treatment.
This gives it a rich sound as if it has been played for many years!

The bracing is non-scalloped X-bracing, with the X angle WIDE rather than the conventional 90°, and the bracing has been lowered and changed to a square shape. This allows the X intersection point to fit perfectly!
In addition, side braces have been added to connect the braces on the front and back plates to more reliably transmit the string vibration to the back plate!

The NECK is made of mahogany and rosewood in a 5-piece construction for greater strength against warping and twisting!
In addition, the fretboard is 1mm thinner at the 10th fret to improve playability in the high position!
In addition, the fingerboard edge has been rounded off for smooth playability that fits comfortably in the hand!
Rosewood veneer and volute processing have been applied to the backside of the head to strengthen the head section!

The body has a glossy gloss finish and the neck has a satin finish for excellent playability.
The string height and pitch between strings have also been changed on the new model, with the 6th string side slightly lower and the 1st string side slightly higher than before, and the pitch between strings has been widened by 0.3mm.
The neck joint shape used on the Custom model has been adopted. The dovetail section is 4mm deeper to obtain a rich sustain!

The entire BODY is finished with a stone-powder coated lacquer finish for excellent response and dynamics!
The gorgeous Avalon inlays also give it a luxurious feel!

The response is superb, and it produces a hard rosewood sound!
It provides a quality sound for both strokes and fingerpicking!
