The JCS21U is a custom model based on the concept of "well-balanced and lightweight", which is especially important for a "stage guitar" to be played literally on stage.
Of course, this is not achieved simply by using lightweight woods and lightweight parts, but by selecting high-quality woods to pursue lightness while maintaining the "sound" of the guitar as an instrument, designing a guitar that is both sound and easy to play, and using a construction method that incorporates this into the actual guitar, all of which are achieved by the hands of a master builder. The result is a guitar that is both sound and easy to play.
Another important factor is the exquisite neck grip, which is essential for stress-free playing.
The custom neck is designed with an exquisite shape that is neither too thin nor too thick, so that once you grip it, you can feel the volume of the neck without any sense of discomfort.
The "U" stands for both "Ultra-light weight" and "ULTRA neck", which represents "Ultra" in terms of grip comfort. This is a special S model with a "U" for "Ultra".
