Model 60B features mahogany body and neck, carved cover plate, and diamond inlays.
Unfortunately, the neck is warped, so the nut and saddle have been raised so that the guitar is set up to play on the lap like a square neck model.
If you return it to the normal nut and saddle, it will be sticky and clogged. The string height is also lower, so it is not suitable for the slide technique. If played in the Spanish style, the fingerboard will need to be refretted.
There are some dents, scratches, paint deterioration and fogging, rust and tarnish on metal parts, but there is no noticeable damage.
This is indeed the original dobro. The sound is perfect. It has a warm mahogany tone. How about for practicing bluegrass dobro?

「格安！訳有りブルーグラス仕様！」

マホガニー・ボディ＆ネック、彫刻入りカバー・プレート、ダイアモンド・インレイが特徴のモデル60Bです。
ラウンド・ネック仕様ですが、残念ながらネックに逆反りが発生しているため、ナット、サドルを高くし、スクエア・ネック・モデルのように膝の上に寝かせて演奏するセットアップとしてあります。USA製のドブロですが、そのような事情から格安となっております。
なお、通常のナット、サドルに戻した場合、びりつき、音詰まりが発生します。弦高も低くなるため、スライド奏法には不向きです。スパニッシュ・スタイルで演奏する場合、リフレットを伴う指板修正が必要となりましょう。
打痕、引っ掻き傷、塗膜の劣化や曇り、金属部品の錆やくすみが確認できますが、著しく目立つダメージはありません。
さすが本家本元のドブロです。鳴りは申し分ありません。マホガニーらしいウォームなトーンです。ブルーグラス・ドブロの練習用にいかがでしょうか。
