This is a one-generation (pre-2017 spec change) D-28 featuring a non-forward-shift top brace, Grover pegs, black pickguard, and a low-profile neck with a 42.9mm nut width. More and more people are looking for a pre-spec change D-28 for its horsepower sound and slimmer neck.
Some dings, scratches, and scuffs can be seen, but they are not noticeable. The satin paint on the back of the neck is slightly dull and there are some weather checks on the top. The nut and saddle have been replaced, and there is evidence of an endpin jack that was once installed, but now has an oversized strap pin. A metal strap pin has been retrofitted to the heel of the neck. The neck is in fair condition, with over 80% fret height remaining, and the guitar plays and sounds perfect. Regrettably, there is a noticeable gap between the lid and bottom of the end of the hard case that comes with the instrument.
The sound is very powerful and comfortable at the same time, which is typical of the D-28. This is a sound that the person in charge, who has owned Martin guitars for more than 40 years, gives his stamp of approval.

ノン・フォワード・シフトのトップ・ブレース、グローバー・ペグ、黒ピックガード、ナット幅42.9mmのロー・プロファイル・ネックをフィーチャーした一世代前(2017年の仕様変更前)のD-28です。馬力のあるサウンド、細身のネックを求めて、仕様変更前のD-28をお探しの方が増えて参りました。
多少の打痕、引っ掻き傷、擦り傷が確認できますが、目立つ物ではありません。ネック裏のサテン塗装に若干のてかりが発生しており、トップにはウェザー・チェックが発生しています。ナットとサドル交換歴が伺え、エンドピン・ジャックが取り付けられていた形跡もあり現在はオーバーサイズのストラップ・ピンが取り付けられています。ネック・ヒールには金属製ストラップ・ピンが後付けされています。ネックの状態は適正で、フレットの高さは8割以上残っており、演奏性、サウンドともに申し分ありません。惜しむらくは、付属するハード・ケースのエンド部の蓋と底の隙間が目立ちます。
適度に育っており、低音がブーミーに鳴り過ぎることなく、肩の力が抜けたような、しなやかさも感じさせてくれます。D-28らしい力強さと同時に心地良い響きが楽しめます。マーティン・オーナー歴40年以上の担当者が太鼓判を押す鳴りの一本。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
