Custom 24
From its establishment in 1985 until today, the Custom 24, one of PRS's flagship models, has undergone numerous specification changes and has always been a leader in the music scene of its time. Although the quality of the early models was already very high, Mr. Paul Reed-Smith's belief that "the latest model is always the best ever" is the result of his continuous pursuit of the best and trial and error. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, Neck, and Fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of quilted maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of tightly packed Gabon Ebony.

Neck Shape
The neck shape is "Pattern Thin" with a wide and thin grip, recommended for those who play a lot of classical styles and technical lead playing.

Pickups
The pickups are the "85/15" pickups, which are brushed-up versions of the early PRS pickups from 1985 for the 30th anniversary. The smooth bass range and clear and wide treble range give the instrument a profound and sparkling sound that can be used in a wide range of genres, especially rock music.

Selector etc.
A 5-way blade switch is provided to produce a very sparkling halftone that combines the typical humbucker sound with a single coil sound.

Condition
The bridge and other hardware parts are dull, but there are no noticeable scratches or dents, and it is in relatively clean condition.

* The Ebony fingerboard has some cracks at the high frets.
The fingerboard has a direct feel when touching the fingerboard, but there is no evidence of scratching when chalking or playing with the strings pressed, so there is no particular effect on playability.

There are no other problems with the fret board, truss rod, or other playing conditions.
The fret board and truss rod are in good playing condition, and the fret board has been adjusted and fretted at our repair center.
