McCarty
The McCarty series is a pillar of Paul Reed Smith. Paying homage to Ted McCarty, one of the greats of the electric guitar world, the McCarty models embody PRS' latest discoveries and look back on a golden age of guitars.

This is the commonly known "1st" model with 10Top flame maple and bird inlay option.

Body, Neck, and Fingerboard
The body is a combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and rosewood neck. The fingerboard is also made of rosewood.

Neck Shape
Wide Fat" neck shape is adopted. The neck shape is moderately thick and has a good grip without being hard to play.

Pickups
Two "McCarty" pickups are specially designed for this model, based on the Dragon pickups, with Alnico 4 magnets.

Selector etc.
The 3-way toggle switch and coil tap specification allow for more intuitive playing.
The sound is different from the model equipped with a tremolo unit, with a tremendous bass punch and power at the raw sound level. The fat and tight sound when connected to an amp is also unique to this single bar bridge, not the TOM style!

This PRS has been loved by guitarists of various genres for many years, and you will be able to feel its maximum performance in various fields such as live performances, sessions, and recordings.

Condition
There are some scratches and dents along the outer edge of the body, but the condition is relatively clean.

The neck, frets, truss rod, and other playing-related conditions are all in good condition.
The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. are all in good playing condition, and have been fully adjusted and fretted at our repair center upon arrival, so you can use it with confidence.

* All assemblies (Vol Pot, Tone Pot, Output Jack) have been replaced. Original parts are also included.

ボディ・ネック・指板
ボディにはフレイムメイプルトップ、マホガニーバック、ローズウッドネックの組み合わせ。指板にもローズウッドを採用。

ネックシェイプ
ネックシェイプは「Wide Fat」を採用。適度な厚みで弾きにくさを感じさせない、程よいグリップ感のあるネックシェイプでございます。

ピックアップ
ピックアップには本モデル専用の「McCarty」を二基搭載。Dragonピックアップがベースとなっており、アルニコ4マグネットを採用しビンテージフィールを残しながらもグッと押し出すパワー感も備えた非常に扱いやすいトーンでございます。

セレクターetc
また3Wayトグルスイッチ＋コイルタップ仕様ですので、より直感的に演奏が可能となっております。
トレモロ・ユニットが搭載されたモデルとは別サウンドで、生鳴りの時点で低音のパンチや迫力が凄まじいです。.アンプに繋げた際のファットでタイトなサウンドもTOMスタイルでは無くこのバーブリッジ1発ならではのサウンドです！

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
