1977 Fender Jazz Bass!

This is a relatively lightweight Ash body Jazz Bass (4.25kg), although many of the basses of this era weighed more than 5kg!
The rear pickup is located on the bridge side, which is a 70's PU layout, and combined with rosewood fingerboard, it produces tighter and trebly sound than 60's Jazz Bass.
The sound is characterized by its tight and trebly sound!

The pickup date could not be confirmed due to a sticking sponge, but the pot date (1377737) and serial number suggest that it was made around 1977.
The pickguard has been replaced, and the pickups are equipped with different bobbins for the front and rear pickups, with the rear pickups having gray bobbins and the front pickups probably having vulcanized fiber bobbins.

この時代ですと5kgを超える重量級な個体が多いですが、4.25kgと比較的軽量なAshボディのJazz Bass！
リアピックアップがブリッジ側に寄った70年代のPUレイアウトとなっており、ローズウッド指板との組み合わせにより60年代のジャズベースより
タイトかつトレブリーなサウンドが特徴的なサウンドとなっております!

PickupDateはスポンジが固着しており確認できませんでしたが、Pot Date(1377737)やシリアルから1977年頃の個体と考えられます。
ピックガードは交換されており、ピックアップはフロントとリアで異なるボビンのピックアップが搭載されており、リアはグレーボビンでフロントはおそらくバルカンファイバーのボビンと思われます。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
