The most important point is the "all flame myrtle" specification. Usually, spruce is used for the top of acoustic guitars, but this model uses flame myrtle even for the body top, which gives it a distinctly different look from most acoustic guitars when viewed from the front.
Myrtle is a wood native to the west coast of North America, and is characterized by its whitish, light brown to light green wood grain, and flame grain.
The wood is neither too hard nor too soft, and has a clean response like maple and a sweet tone in the mid-low range like mahogany, giving it a high potential as a tonewood.
Another feature of this model is the "elbow contour" processing. The elbow is dropped down so that it is easier to hold and play, even though the HSJ model has a deep body.

This used instrument is in very good condition, with only minor signs of use and a few light scratches.
The neck and body top are in good condition, and the string height is 2.4mm for the 6th string and 2.0mm for the 1st string at the 12th fret.

『オールフレイムマートル』仕様が最大のポイントです。通常アコースティックギターではトップ材にはスプルース系の材料が用いられることが一般的ですが、本モデルではボディトップにまでフレイムマートルを使用している為、正面から見た時のルックスが一般的なアコースティックギターとは一線を画す仕上がりです。
マートル材とは北米西海岸原産の木材で、白っぽいところや薄い茶色〜薄緑色の木地が特徴的な杢目を出しており、フレイム杢が現れることも特徴です。
硬すぎず柔らかすぎずな材質で、メイプルの様なスッキリしたレスポンスの良さとマホガニーの様な中低音域の甘いトーンを持ち合わせており、トーンウッドとして高いポテンシャルを感じさせます。
さらに本モデルのもう一つの特徴が『エルボーコンター』加工です。抱え込んだ際に肘が当たる部分が落とし込まれることにより、胴厚の深いHSJモデルですが、抱え込みやすく演奏性を向上させております。

中古品の本品は、使用感が少なく光の加減で薄っすらと擦れキズは見られるほどで、パッと見はとてもキレイな状態です。
ネックやボディトップの状態も適正で、弦高は、12フレットで6弦：2.4mm/1弦：2.0mmと演奏性も良好です。6弦側のサドルが低めとなっていること、トラスロッドは締め方向の残りが少なめになっているほか、気になる点はございません。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
