A used Custom 24 in the rare and popular "Makena Blue" color made in 2013 is now in stock!
As the color name suggests, the fresh coloring is reminiscent of Makena Beach in Hawaii.

Custom 24
Since its establishment in 1985, the "Custom 24," one of PRS's most popular models, has undergone numerous specification changes and has continued to lead the music scene of its time. Although the quality of the early models was already very high, Mr. Paul Reed-Smith's belief that "the latest model is always the best ever" is the result of his continuous pursuit of the best and trial and error. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.

Neck Shape
Pattren Regular" neck shape is used. It is moderately thick and has a grippy feeling.

Pickups
The HFS pickups are the standard "HFS, Vintage Bass", which means Hot, Fat, and Screams, and are the evolution of the original Standard Treble pickups. The HFS is a powerful pickup with a good balance of attack, clear highs, strong mids, and powerful lows. The Vintage Bass has a warm high-mid sound that is ideal for rock and jazz.

Selector etc.
A 5-way blade switch is included to produce a very sparkling half-tone that combines the common humbucker sound with a single coil sound.

A longtime favorite of guitarists in a variety of genres, the PRS is sure to find its maximum performance in a variety of live, session, and recording situations.

Condition
The guitar has some paint fading, scratches on the body back contour, and other minor scuffs and dings.

When we received the guitar, there was a large peeling of the paint on the top edge and the center of the body, but it has been touched up and is not visible at a glance.

Of course, there are no problems with the neck, frets, truss rod, or any other playing-related conditions.
The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. are all in good playing condition, and have been fully adjusted and fretted at our repair center upon arrival, so you can use it with confidence.

ボディにはフレイムメイプルトップ、マホガニーバック、マホガニーネックと王道の組み合わせ。指板にはインディアンローズウッドを採用。

ネックシェイプ
ネックシェイプは「Pattren Regular」を採用。適度な太さでグリップ感のあるフィーリングとなっております。

ピックアップ
ピックアップには定番の「HFS、Vintage Bass」を搭載。Hot、Fat、Screamsの意味を持つHFSは、オリジナルのStandard Trebleピックアップを進化させたものです。HFSはアタック感、クリアな高音、力強い中音域、そして力強い低音のバランスが取れたパワフルなピックアップです。またVintage Bassはロックやジャズに最適なウォームなハイミッドサウンドが特徴です。

セレクターetc
5Wayのブレードスイッチが搭載され、一般的なハムバッカーサウンドに加え、シングルコイルサウンドを組み合わせた非常に煌びやかなハーフトーンが得られます。

コンディション
若干の塗装の退色、ボディバックコンター部に引っかき傷、その他細かな擦り傷や打痕が点在し程々の使用感がございます。

入荷時ボディトップ外周と中央部分に大きな塗装の剥げがございましたがこちらでタッチアップを施しており、ぱっと見では分からない程の仕上がりになっております。

もちろんネック、フレット・トラスロッド等、演奏に関わるコンディション全て問題ございません。
また入荷時、当社リペアセンターにて全体調整とフレットすり合わせをしておりますので、安心してお使いいただけます。
