The Tak Matsumoto Les Paul was the fifth Gibson signature model in the world and the first by a Japanese artist.
It was produced in 2018, the 30th anniversary of B'z, with new specifications and in limited quantities!
The look of the Gibson Custom Tak Matsumoto Les Paul Canary Yellow, Takahiro Matsumoto's first signature model released in 1999, has been retained, but the tone and playability have been updated for use in current activities. This is the 2018 model.

Chambered lightweight mahogany back, similar to the 1958 Les paul #CR87124 that Matsumoto frequently uses on recordings and on stage
The body is laminated with a two-piece plain maple top.
Mahogany neck with deep neck joint and rosewood fingerboard. Twenty-two "Jescar 51108" frets are installed.
The neck shape is Tak Matsumoto '59 LP Profile. It is moderately thick and easy to grip.

The canary yellow color body, which was adopted from the Ferrari color, and the signature logo on the top of the body give the Tak Les Paul a unique look.
Other attractive features include Avalon wood dish inlays.

Two original "Custom Bucker" pickups are installed.
Both front and rear pickups have zebra covers.
The sound is crisp and clear, and the distortion sound is fat.

There are some paint cracks near the bridge, as well as scratches and dents throughout.
The condition is good, although some signs of use can be felt.
The original signature printed hard case, pick guard, and other accessories are still included.
