The Gibson Custom Shop/Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue "Tom Murphy Aged" made in 2011 is now in stock.

This reissue of the 1959 Les Paul Standard, the pinnacle of all electric guitars, is made of the best and lightest mahogany wood of its time and the finest maple wood with numerous freckles.
The pickups are Burstbucker 1 & 2, and you can enjoy the vintage tone with well-balanced output and rich overtones in the rear and front.

The guitar has been aged by Tom Murphy, the master who brought aging technology to Gibson.
The top view is finished with a three-dimensional feel with the excellent weather-checking and the grain that has been engraved all the way to the sides.
The "Tom Murphy signature" on the right side of the rear volume knob is also a nice touch for Gibson fans.

There are some scratches and dents on the back of the body that may have been caused by actual use other than the aging process.
Also, there is a very slight peeling of paint on the book-matched area on the top of the body.
The frets have been rubbed together and there is about 60-70% remaining. The truss rod has room on both sides and is in good playing condition.

This is a rare Murphy-aged Gibson Custom that has been on the rise in recent years. Please contact us as soon as possible.

当時最良の軽量かつ極上のマホガニー材と、数多くフレックが入ったこちらも極上のメイプル材が使用されており、全てのエレキギターの頂点とも呼べる1959年製レス・ポール・スタンダードのリイシューの名に恥じない最高の出来栄えの1本。
ピックアップはバーストバッカー１＆2が搭載されており、リア・フロントでの出力バランスの良い倍音成分豊かなヴィンテージ・トーンをご堪能頂けます。

ギブソン社にエイジング技術を持ち込んだ巨匠 Tom Murphy によるエイジド加工が施されており、卓越したウェザーチェッキングと
サイドまでびっしりと刻まれた杢目が相俟って、立体感のあるトップビューに仕上がっております。
リアボリュームノブ右側の通称「トム・マーフィー・サイン」もギブソンファンには嬉しいポイントでしょう。

ボディバックに恐らくエイジド加工以外の実際の使用において付いたと思われる擦り傷、打痕が若干見られます。
また、ボディトップのブックマッチ部分にごく僅かに塗装の剥離のような箇所がございます。
フレットは擦り合わせ処理がなされており、残り6～7割程度、トラスロッドは左右に余裕があり、プレイコンディション良好です。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
