The specification concept is "MUSTANG with STRATOCASTER functionality".
The synchronized tremolo bridge was newly developed to match the body thickness of MUSTANG, which is thinner than that of STRATOCASTER.
The arming of the STRATOCASTER is now possible while maintaining the ease of playability and handling characteristic of the MUSTANG.
In addition, the back panel of the body has been eliminated at the request of Char himself, creating a simple style.
Furthermore, a 3-position toggle switch is employed for more intuitive pickup operation.
The position of the control knob has been changed to be closer to the strings so that the volume can be operated with a feeling similar to that of a STRATOCASTER, and an original pickguard shape has been adopted for the CHAR MUSTANG that is not found on previous MUSTANGs.
Char also commented on the sound of the new CHAR MUSTANG with various improvements, especially on the 5th and 6th strings, "It sounds better now," he said. He also appreciates the clear sound image in the bass position.

STRATOCASTERよりも薄いMUSTANGのボディ厚に合わせ、シンクロナイズドトレモロブリッジを新開発。
MUSTANG特有の演奏性、取り回しの良さはそのままに、STRATOCASTERのアーミングが可能になりました。
また、Char本人の希望によりボディ裏パネルは敢えて排除し、シンプルなスタイルを演出しています。
さらに、より直観的なピックアップ操作を可能とする3ポジションのトグルスイッチを採用。
STRATOCASTERに近い感覚でボリューム操作ができるようにコントロールノブの位置も、より弦に近い位置に変更されており、併せてピックガードも従来のMUSTANGにはないCHAR MUSTANGだけのオリジナルシェイプを採用しました。
様々な改良が加えられた今回のCHAR MUSTANGのサウンド面について、Charも特に5?6弦について「よく鳴るようになった。」と、低音ポジションでのクリアな音像を評価しています。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
