This is a Hefner Limited Edition 500/1 Cavern Bass, made in 1990s.

This is a 61 type model with two PUs designed on the neck side, spruce top, flame maple sides and back, three-piece neck, double pegs, diamond pickups, unique control panel, and lightweight hollow body. The instrument features a spruce top, flame maple sides and back, 3-piece neck, double pegs, diamond pickups, unique control panel, and a lightweight hollow body.

Overall, the guitar shows signs of age (greenish blue (blue rust) on the PU cover and tailpiece, cell shrinkage/cracks/peeling on the body, case storage marks on the back of the neck near the 11th fret, paint fading along the wood grain, color fading, cloudy and rusted metal parts/screws such as pegs, etc.). The frets have been fretted when the guitar was first received. The fret board is high enough to play well, and there is approximately 0.60mm of fret board left overall. The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen up to ±90°. * The body cell binding can be peeled off just by touching it. Appearance not covered by warranty.

This model is named after the "Cavern Club" in Liverpool, England, and is an essential model for the Liverpool sound of yesteryear. * Please note that the strap requires a special winding type, sold separately.

Rickenbackerと同様にThe Beatles(ビートルズ)・ポール・マッカートニー氏の使用で世界的に有名なヴァイオリンベース。2基のPUがネック側にデザインされた61タイプ・モデルで、スプルース・トップ、フレイムメイプル・サイド＆バック、3ピースネック、ペグは2連タイプ、ダイアモンドピックアップ、独特のコントロールパネル、軽量なホローボディが特徴です。

全体的に経年による使用感(PUカバーやテイルピースに緑青(青錆)、ボディセル収縮・クラック・剥がれ、ネック裏11フレット付近にケース収納痕、木目に沿った塗装ヤセ、色ヤケ、ペグなど金属パーツ/ネジ類の曇りやサビ、等々)が見られます。入荷時にフレットすりあわせ済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、全体的に概ね0.60mm残っています。トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±90°まで動作確認済みです。* ボディセルバインディングは触れただけで剥がれます。外観保証対象外

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
