Rogers brand drums were highly supported by soul drummers in the 1960s.
In particular, products from the 1960s had a unique colorful, tight, and warm sound, and were highly popular among soul drummers in particular.
The sharp edges of these drums were more elaborate than the Radic and Gretsch drums of the same generation, and their response and sensitivity were their most important characteristics.

The Powertone model is an advanced wood snare model with eight tensions.
The top-of-the-line model is the "Dyna-Sonic," but this model is more popular because of its simpler construction and easier handling.

The shell construction is a 5ply shell (maple/poplar mix) with reinforcement.
The inner has the original gray paint.
The serial number is 14067, and it is estimated to be made in Cleveland, 1966.

Vintage in good condition, except for the head, which appears to be original.
There is a little scuffing on the covering, but no damage and good.
Parts also have a few pits and minor scratches, giving the impression of cleanliness for its age.

The 8-tension tuning allows for a wide tuning range, and the power tone is both stable and open, giving it a captivating sound.
The overall condition is good, and the blue sparkle is beautiful and enjoyable to look at.

60年代のソウル系ドラマーから厚い支持を受けていたロジャースブランドのドラム。
特に60年代の製品は独自のカラ―のあるタイトかつウォームなサウンドで、とりわけソウル系ドラマーに高い人気を得ていました。
同世代のラディック、グレッチよりもエッジも鋭角かつ精巧で、レスポンスの良さ、センシティブさが最大の特徴です。

パワート―ンモデルはウッド系スネアの上級モデルで、テンション数は8テンション。
最上位機種に「ダイナソニック」がありますが、こちらの方が構造がシンプルで扱いやすいためが人気が高い機種です。

シェル構造は5plyのシェル(メイプル/ポプラ混合)にレインフォースメントのタイプです。
インナーはオリジナルのグレーの塗装が施されております。
シリアルが14067で、クリーヴランド製、1966年製と推測されます。

ヘッド以外はオリジナルと思われる良いコンディションのヴィンテージ。
カバリングに少々の擦り傷がございますが、特にダメージは無く良好。
パーツも少々のピッツや細かい傷程度で、年式の割には綺麗な印象を受けます。

8テンションなのでチューニングのレンジも広く取れ、安定感がありつつもオープンな鳴りを魅せてくれるパワートーン
総じてコンディションも良く、ブルースパークルも美しく、見た目にも楽しめる1台です。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
