This is a rare and valuable A Zildjian cymbal from the 50s.
The width of this cymbal is about 23mm.
It is said that this cymbal was made in the late 50's. It was not mass-produced at that time.
As it was not yet the era of mass production, hammering was still dependent on human power.
The size and pattern of the hammers are different from those of the A-jilts of the late 60's and later, and this cymbal has a truly unique atmosphere not found in other cymbals.

The bright and clear sound is the same characteristic of the A series, but the weight is thinner, and the sound is not as stable as the cymbals from the 70's onward, and while it is a little unstable, it is not too dry and has the A-zir-like sound with delicate overtones and nostalgic breadth.

The edges and center hole are clean, and although there are some stains commensurate with its age, it is in good condition for a vintage cymbal.
This is a valuable vintage A Giljan ride that has been very popular in recent years.

こちらの個体はいわゆる横幅が23mm程度の
「スモールスタンプ」で50年代の後期ごろと言われています。
まだまだ大量生産の時代では無かったので、ハンマリングも人の力に頼る部分が多かったようで
、60年代の後期以降のAジルとではハンマーのサイズ、パターン共に異なっており、他のシンバルには無い実に独特の雰囲気を持ったシンバルです。

明るめでクリアーなサウンドはAシリーズの変わらぬ特徴ですが、ウェイトも薄目で、70年代以降のシンバルのような安定感では無く、少し不安定さがありつつも枯れすぎてはおらずAジルらしさもある、繊細な倍音とノスタルジーな広がりがサウンドが最大の魅力です。

古いシンバルながらも丁寧に使用されてきた印象で、エッジやセンターホールも綺麗で、年式相応の汚れがありますが、ヴィンテージのシンバルとしてはコンディション良好、安心してお使い頂けます。
近年人気も高く、貴重なヴィンテージのAジルジャンのライドです。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
