This Music Man Sting Ray EX was manufactured in Japan using the same hardware as the Music Man USA model, and was made in a factory designated by Music Man in Japan. It has a maple neck, maple fingerboard, 3-band EQ, and 6-point joint plate.

The impressive looks have been retained, and the tight, USA-inspired sound is a real attraction.

Overall, the guitar shows signs of use (scratches around the head and around the perimeter of the body, darkening and shine on the back of the neck from playing, scratches and scuffs, picking marks, buckle marks, fogging and rusting of metal parts and screws, etc.).

All preamp electrolytic capacitors have been replaced due to internal rusting of the controls, op amp has been replaced due to NG (TL072 -> TL062), battery box wiring has been corrected, setup (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and rubbing) has been done, and the fret board is low at present, The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen up to ±60°.

The truss rod is adjustable for tightening and loosening, and its operation has been checked up to ±60°. There are some scratches and stains, but there are no operational problems.

Music Man USA製と同じハードウエアを用いて日本の指定工場で生産されていたミュージックマンの日本製・Sting Ray EXです。メイプルネック、貼りメイプル指板、3バンドEQ、6点止めジョイントプレートを採用しています。

印象的なルックスはそのまま、USA譲りのタイトなサウンドが魅力の一本です。

全体的に使用感(ヘッド周りやボディ外周に当てキズ、弾き込みによるネック裏ツヤ・黒ずみ、スレや引っかきキズ、ピッキング痕、バックル痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・サビ、等々)が見られます。

入荷時にコントロール類の内部サビの為、プリアンプ電解コンデンサ全交換、オペアンプNGのため交換(TL072→TL062)、電池ボックス配線修正、セットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・すり合わせ)済み、フレット山は現状低め、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。

かなり傷や汚れなど使用感はありますが、動作に問題はありません。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.
