This is an A Giljan "trans-stamped" cymbal that was used in the 1940s and 50s.
They were hand-hammered during this period, and are thinner and have distinctly different hammer marks compared to current models.
While the bright sound typical of A Zildjan is the basic tone, it is characterized by complex and deep overtones due to the hand hammering, and you can enjoy a sound with depth that cannot be experienced on other A Zildjan cymbals from other periods.
In the 400th anniversary of Zildjian, the company has released the original collection of Zildjian.
The rarity and unique sound of the A Zildjian have made it increasingly popular in recent years.

This rare 13" crash cymbal weighs in at 462 grams and is very thin, with a few dents on the edges.
The age and the thinness of the cymbal are unavoidable, but you can feel the softness of the material.
The tone is really good, and the 13" crash has a short sustain. It could be used as a hi-hat top.

It has some signs of age and use, but is still in good condition for use.

1940年代から50年代にかけて使用されていたAジルジャンの「トランススタンプ」のシンバルです。
この時期は手作業によるハンマリングをしており、現行と比べると薄く、ハンマー痕も明らかに異なります。
Aジルらしい明るいサウンドを基調としつつも、ハンドハンマリングによる複雑で深みのある倍音が特徴で、他の時代のAジルジャンでは味わえない奥行きのあるサウンドがお楽しみ頂けます。
ジルジャン400周年でオリジナルの蔵出し品がジルジャン社よりリリースされるなど
近年その希少性と独特のサウンドで人気がより高まっている時期のAジルです。

非常に珍しい13インチサイズのクラッシュシンバル。462gと非常に薄く、若干エッジのへこみ等がございます。
経年とかなりの薄さのため致し方ないところですが、その分素材の柔らかさを感じられるでしょう。
音色は実に良好。13インチなのでサステインも短めなクラッシュです。ハイハットのトップとして使用してもよいでしょう。

年式相応の経年感・使用感はありますが、まだまだお使いいただけるコンディションです。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
