2010 Clapton model by "Todd Krause" in EC Grey color!

Selected Alder body, Maple neck is plain with half quarter-sawn and half quarter-sawn board. The neck shape is the well-known V-shape. The PU is the well-known "Vintage Noiseless" and the controls are not equipped with TBX controls, which are the mainstream these days. The frets are 22F with 9.5" R fretboard surface. The frets are slim vintage type with carefully finished fret edges. The pegs are height-adjusted staggered.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, and dings. There are picking scratches on the pickguard with a fine cloudy look. There is a ding in the lower center of the top of the body, the size of a grain of rice. There are also needle hole-sized dents scattered around the jack and small dents scattered from the left neck to the bottom of the body top. There is a ding on the cutaway on the first string side of the body, and a ding on the side of the jack. There are buckle scratches on the back of the body and around the back plate that are not deep but can be seen in the light. The octave screw on the 6th string saddle is slightly worn, but there are no other noticeable signs of use on the rest of the hardware. The through-numbers on the neck end match the body side numbers (* a little hard to see), and the "TK" engraving is clearly visible on the front PU cavity.

The neck condition is fine, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned and adjusted in the direction to tighten. There are no string marks on the frets and about 70% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, it has been treated a bit as an instrument despite its collectible grade, and although there are some signs of use such as dings and scratches, they are surprisingly not noticeable due in part to its coloring. EC Gray color is a bit darker than the Pewter color of yesteryear, and the metallic lamé is a bit bigger than that of the Pewter of the past. The EC Gray color is a little darker and has a little more metallic lamé than the Pewter colors of yesteryear. Trax, Steve Jordan, and Willie Weeks.
