2015 Custom Shop Custom with figured top and trans-black color is in stock!

This is a modern Les Paul Custom, not a "what year type" among the 54, 57, 68, and many other Custom models. Unlike the 54, 57, etc., the body is made of maple top and mahogany back. The beautiful top, which is the biggest feature of this guitar, was "Hand Selected" at a local factory, as you can see from the accessories. The coloring was also chosen to show off the figured wood, and the trans-black color was chosen to give it a cool, modern feel. The neck is of course mahogany, and the fingerboard is Richlite, which is recognized as an alternative to ebony. The PU is a combination of 490R & 498T pickups, which excel in modern tones with solid fatness. Jet black ebony color, white binding, high-grade gold hardware, and split diamond inlays on the head are the features.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, dings, and peeling paint. The pickguard is cloudy and has picking scratches. There are some light scratches around each knob and on the lower left part of the PU on the bridge side, but they are only visible in the light. There are some small and large dents on the lower left side of the body, and a few scratches on the lower right side. The back of the body has some light scratches and wiping scratches, but they are not noticeable. The upper right edge of the back of the head has a touch-up mark the size of a grain of rice. There are some paint gaps around the logo on the top of the head due to aging. The strap pin has been replaced with a Schaller locking type, and the strap side is missing. There are no noticeable signs of use on any of the hardware.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned and adjusted in the direction to tighten. There are no string marks on the frets and about 80% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, there is a touch-up mark on the tip of the head, but it is in good condition with little signs of use. The neck condition is solid, and there are no problems with truss rod movement or leeway, making this a quintessential Custom Shop model! The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod has plenty of movement and room to spare. Above all, the combination of the beautiful hand-selected figured and modern trans-black coloring gives it a special presence and a premium feel, and it's just plain cool! This is one I recommend!

Neck condition is fine.
The truss rod can be adjusted in the direction to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned in the direction to tighten and adjust.

54、57、68等色々あるカスタムの中でこちらは『何年タイプ』ではなく現代仕様のレスポールカスタム。ボディは54・57等と違いメイプルトップ&マホガニーバックと王道の仕様。最大の特徴である美しいそのトップは、付属品から分かるように現地ファクトリーにて『Hand Select』されたもので、そのカラーリングもそのフィギュアドを魅せるためにトランスブラックカラーをチョイス。それによりモダンな雰囲気を醸し出すクールな一本となっております。ネックももちろんマホガニーで、指板はエボニーの代替材として認知されるリッチライトです。そしてPUはしっかりと太さを持ったモダンなトーンを得意とする490R&498Tピックアップのコンビネーションです。漆黒のエボニーカラーに、発色の良い白のバインディング、高級感溢れるゴールドハードウェア、ヘッドに輝くスプリットダイアモンドインレイが特徴です。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、打痕、塗装剥がれがあります。ピックガードには曇った感じでピッキングキズがあります。各ノブ周りやブリッジ側PU左下部分にはスリキズが薄らとありますが光に当ててわかる程度です。ボディサイド左下部分には大小打痕が薄らとあり、右下サイド部分にも薄らと当てキズがあります。ボディバックは所々薄らとしたスリキズや拭きキズがある程度目立つ使用感はありません。ヘッド裏先端右上エッジ部分には米粒大のタッチアップ跡があります。ヘッドトップのロゴ周りには経年変化による塗装ギャップがあります。ストラップピンがシャーラーのロックタイプに交換され、ストラップ側は欠品しております。各ハードウェアには目立つ使用感等はありません。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的には、ヘッド先端にタッチアップ跡ありますが使用感少なく良好なコンディションです。ネックコンディションはしっかりしており、トラスロッド動きと余裕にも問題はなく、流石のカスタムショップモデルです!カスタムショップグレードの作りこみをビンビンと感じさせながらもモダンスタイルの、比較的太くないグリップに、枯れすぎていないPUで幅広いジャンルで活躍してくれる事間違いありません!何よりハンドセレクトされた美しいフィギュアドとモダンな雰囲気のトランスブラックカラーが相まって、特別な存在感を放ってプレミアム感を演出しており素直にカッコいいです!おすすめの一本です!
