Made in 2019.The limited edition LTD 1955 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic Aged Black by Fender Custom Shop is in stock! Pot date is 2017, but from the looks of the assembly, it is safe to assume it is genuine.
This is a rare example of a '55 Stratocaster that follows the '55 Stratocaster, which is very close to the first year of Fender Stratocaster production in 1954, and has been given the Journeyman Relic treatment that reproduces the condition of a Stratocaster that has been used for many years but without any major damage. The lightweight 2-piece ash body is bolted on to a thick and sturdy 1954 U-shaped quarter-sawn maple 1-piece neck. Three Hand-Wound Fat 50s pickups are installed. Controls are 1Vol, 2Tone (front + center, rear), and 5-way select lever. The center PU is RWRP (reverse magnetic pole), which reduces noise during halftone. The circular string guide, 1P white pickguard, and PU cover with rounded edges are also key points in the reproduction of specifications reminiscent of those days. The 7.25-9.50inc compound radius fingerboard and 6105 frets are player specs that allow the player to enjoy the coexistence of the tasteful looks and comfortable playability that only CS can provide.

There are no weather checks, dull parts, or scratches on the body, which are the result of damage work. There are no noticeable operational problems with the electrical system or parts such as the pegs/bridge, and the instrument is still in player's condition!

Neck condition is currently fine.

フェンダーストラトの生産初年度1954年の時期に極めて近い'55ストラトキャスターの踏襲、そこに長年使い込まれながらも大きなダメージのないコンディションを再現したJourneyman Relicを施した中々お目にかかれない1本。厳選された軽量な2Pアッシュボデイに肉厚でがっしりとした1954 U シェイプのクォーターソンメイプル1Pネックをボルトオン。ピックアップはHand-Wound Fat 50sを3基搭載。コントロールは1Vol、2Tone(フロント+センター、リア)、5Wayセレクトレバーとなっております。また、センターPUはRWRP(逆磁極)であるため、ハーフトーン時のノイズを軽減します。円型のストリングガイドや1P白ピックガード、エッジに丸みを帯びたPUカバーといった当時を彷彿させる仕様の再現もポイント。そこに7.25-9.50incのコンパウンドラディアス指板や6105フレットの打ち込みといったプレイヤースペックを採用することで、CS製ならではの味わい深いルックスと快適なプレイアビリティの共存を堪能できるでしょう。

ボディにはウェザーチェックやパーツくすみ、ダメージ加工によって後から付いたキズも悪い印象はございません。また、ペグ/ブリッジといった各パーツや電気系統に目立つ動作問題はなく、まだまだプレイヤーズコンディションです！

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
