Original jumbo BODY and all veneer specs, with Ingleman spruce on the TOP and rosewood on the SIDE/BACK. The top wood is treated with our original "A.R.E (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement)" process, and the neck is made of mahogany and rosewood in a 5-piece construction for greater strength against warping and twisting. Rosewood veneer and volute treatment on the backside of the head also strengthens the head section. The scale is 650mm, nut width is 44mm, and the fingerboard surface is Ebony with 15 3/4". The inlays applied in various places are gorgeous, and together with the lacquer finish, it boasts a special presence in other grades.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, line scratches, and dings. The pickguard has picking scratches in a fine overall appearance. Large and small dents are scattered around the pickguard, and there are a few small dents dotted around the lower edge. Large and small dents are also present on the upper left side of the body top. There is a small line scratch on the lower right side of the body back. The low position on the back of the neck is shiny from use. The back of the neck has toe scratches on the 4th and 5th strings, and there is a line scratch on the 6th string side of the neck heel.

The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen, and can still be turned to tighten and adjust. There are no string marks on the frets and about 70% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.5mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 2.0mm on the 1st string side. The saddle height can still be adjusted a little here as there is still a little room to spare.

Overall, there are some dents on the top of the body, but there are no major signs of use that stand out, and the condition is commensurate with the age of the instrument. This is a top grade model that can be bought regularly, but the amount of used models in stock is not stable and is also a popular model with a small number of used models. The powerful and brilliant high frequency range that is typical of Yamaha can only be found in this model. The solid construction typical of Yamaha gives players a sense of security that cannot be found in the high street brands. If you are considering a standard Martin D28 or similar, this is one that you should definitely try!

オリジナルジャンボBODY・オール単板仕様で、TOPにイングルマン・スプルースを、SIDE/BACKにはローズウッドを採用。 TOP材には、独自の「A.R.E (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement)処理」が施されています。NECKは、マホガニーとローズウッドの5ピース構造で、より反りやネジレなどに強い強度を実現。ヘッド裏側にローズウッドの化粧板とボリュート加工を施し、ヘッド部の強化も実現しております。スケールは650mm、ナット幅44mm、指板面はエボニーで15 3/4インチとなっております。各所に施されたインレは絢爛豪華で、ラッカーフィニッシュも相まって他グレードには特別な存在感を誇ります。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、線キズ、打痕があります。ピックガードには全体的に細かい感じでピッキングキズがあります。ピックガード周りには大小打痕が点在しており、下部エッジ付近には小さな打痕が点々とあります。ボディトップ左上にも大小打痕が存在しております。ボディバック右下には小さな線キズがあります。ネック裏ローポジションは使用によりテカリがあります。ネック裏4F5弦部分には爪先状の当てキズがあり、ネックヒール6弦側には線キズがあります。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは7割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.5mm、1弦側で約2.0mmで調整されております。サドルの高さもまだ少し余裕があるためここでの調整はまだ少し可能です。

全体的には、ボディトップに打痕等はありますが目立つ大きな使用感はなく年式相応のコンディションと言えます。レギュラーで買えるトップグレードモデルですが、入荷量は安定せず中古となるとこれまた少なめの人気モデル。ヤマハらしい力強さときらびやかな高域はこのモデルならでは。またヤマハらしい堅牢な作りは王道ブランドにはない安心感をプレイヤーに与えてくれます!マーチンのスタンダードなD28辺りを検討されている方には是非ともお試し頂きたいオススメの一本です!
