Description
This is Yamaha's first all-silver handmade flute, which was first manufactured in 1973. It is easy to play with a light feel and bright tone. The more you play it, the deeper the sound becomes, which is typical of all-silver. Inline ring key, no E-mechanism. The overall impression is that it has been well used, and scratches from use are noticeable. There are some minor dents and marks from the head pipe to the body of the instrument. Distortion remains on the lip plate.
