A component Telecaster with a distinctive character built around a 1978 Fender neck.
This component Telecaster is built around a Fender 1978 Telecaster neck and is constructed with an MJT body and high-quality parts. The neck is actual vintage with serial number "S836813" and a maple fingerboard with tanning typical of the late 70s.
The body is an MJT Telecaster shape with a gold aged finish that gives it a strong presence. It features the company's realistic and realistic brickwork with weather checks all over the surface, dents, peeling paint, and large peeling on the back. The overall vintage-like texture is more prominent. Body material seems to be alder or basswood. Pickguard is 3-ply black.
Lollar pickups are used for the electrical system, Tele Alnico 3 Neck on the front and Tele 60s Alnico 3 on the rear. The front pickup has a soft compression and gloss, while the rear pickup has a pleasant 60s-like tension and attack, and delivers a well-balanced output while retaining the contours of a Telecaster. The bridge and saddle are made by Mastery (patented 186), and are high-end specs with excellent sustain and stability. The pegs are Kluson Deluxe and the string guide is a two-point type.
The vintage neck, MJT's Relic body, and solid parts such as Lollar and Mastery combine to create a "one-of-a-kind" component Telecaster. The look, texture, and sound of this guitar are all highly distinctive, and it boasts a high degree of perfection as a guitar for real-world use.
Metal parts are dull and rusty. There is pickguard curvature.
The body is originally an aged piece, so it is impossible to discern any new scratches or signs of use.
The neck has some darkening, paint burning, and clear paint peeling from the side of the fingerboard, showing signs of age. The neck has been refretted (JESCAR #45100), the fretboard has been modified, and the nut has been replaced by a specialist, and although it is a vintage neck, it has been finished to be modern and playable. There are no noticeable abnormalities such as twisting, etc., and there are no problems with the playing condition.
