This is Yamaha's old entry model alto saxophone.
The current model is the "YAS-280".
As an entry-level model, it is responsive and easy to play.
The quality of the pitch is also very high, as is typical of Yamaha, and this model was made in Japan at that time, which shows its high quality.
The main difference between this model and the current model is that the guard for the low key is the same split type as the higher models, and the appearance is not cheap.

The bell flare needs to be re-distorted and maintenance work needs to be done, but most of the lacquer is still there, so it can be used well if repaired.
The model is a hidden gem that has been increasingly used by jazz players in recent years, taking advantage of its ease of playability.
There are scratches and lacquer stains due to use, some distortion of the bell flare, and deterioration of the tampo and cork.

エントリーモデルらしく、反応がよく吹きやすいの一言に尽きます。
音程の良さもYAMAHAらしく当時のこのモデルは日本製となっており品質の高さが伺えます。
現行との大きな違いはLowキーのガードが上位機種と同じ分割式を採用しており外観も安っぽくないのがポイントです。

古いモデルのため現状販売とさせて頂いておりますので、ベルフレアの歪み直しやメンテナンスが必要ですがラッカーも殆ど残っており修理をすれば十分にお使い頂ける個体です。
近年では鳴らしやすさを活かし、ジャズプレイヤーの方が仕様するシーンも増えている隠れた名品です。
使用による傷やラッカー染み、ベルフレア一部歪み、タンポ・コルクの劣化があります。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
