Legendary guitarist hide has been a longtime supporter of X JAPAN (X).
This is the MG-340X, a limited-edition, made-to-order signature model of his trademark MG.
This guitar faithfully reproduces the materials and specs of the guitar made at the request of hide himself.
The cherry sunburst color, the most standard of all hide models in terms of design, is used.
The body material is maple top with Honduras mahogany back, the neck is Honduras mahogany with through neck, and the fingerboard material is rosewood (24F).
The use of Honduran mahogany, a material that constitutes a vintage Les Paul made in 1959, shows hide's own strong commitment.
The through-neck construction and processing of the heel section support smooth fingering even in high positions.
The pickups are the "CD-100F" and the "VH-401" which was created especially for Hide.
This is a combination of the most standard pickups for hide models, and is perfect for reproducing the hide sound.
The CD-100F may need no explanation, but it is equipped with a sustainer driver, and when the sustainer is off, it operates as a normal pickup.
It is designed to look like a humbucker, but behind the sustainer is a dummy pickup. Controls are 1Vol, 3-way toggle switch, rear PU direct switch, sustainer ON/OFF switch, sustainer MODE selector switch, and sustainer Vol control.
The rear direct switch allows for instantaneous switching and kill-switching on stage, making this one of the most coveted instruments for hide fans.

There are minor scratches, dents, and other minor signs of use.

hide本人のリクエストにより製作したギターのマテリアル、スペックを忠実に再現したギターです。
hideモデルの中では、デザイン的にも最もスタンダードなチェリーサンバーストカラーを採用。
ボディ材はメイプルトップにホンジュラスマホガニーバック、ネックはホンジュラスマホガニーでスルーネック、指板材はローズウッド(24F)。
59年製のヴィンテージのレスポールを構成するマテリアルであるホンジュラスマホガニーを使用するという、hide本人の強いこだわりが垣間見えます。
スルーネック構造、ヒール部分の加工によりハイポジションもスムーズなフィンガリングをサポートします。
ピックアップは「CD-100F」と、hideのために制作された「VH-401」を搭載。
hideモデルにおいては定番中の定番の組み合わせで、hideサウンドを再現するにはもってこいです。
CD-100Fは説明不要かもしれませんが、サスティナードライバーが搭載されており、サスティナーOFF時には普通のピックアップとして作動します。
外観はハムバッカーのようなデザインですが、サスティナーの後ろはダミーのピックアップです。コントロールは1Vol、3Wayトグルスイッチ、リアPUダイレクトスイッチ、サスティナーON/OFFスイッチ、サスティナーMODE切替スイッチ、サスティナーVolのコントロールです。
リアダイレクトスイッチによってステージでの瞬時の切り替えやキルスイッチ奏法に対応。hideファンにとって憧れの一本です。

細かなキズ、打痕などの軽微な使用感があります。

All items we sell are USED and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.
