Payment Methods
We accept the following payment method.
We accept payments in foreign currencies other than JPY.
Please note that only JPY is accepted when using Alipay or bank transfer.

Please note that we can ship items to your shipping address only which is registered on your Paypal account due to security and auditorial reasons. -
Bank wire / Alipay / WeChat Pay
Please note that only JPY is accepted when using Alipay & WeChat Pay or bank transfer.If you wish to make a bank transfer payment, please contact us in advance. we need to set up your account to be able to make bank transfers order.
Please note that Bank transfers cannot be made in currencies other than Japanese yen,so please change the currency setting to Japanese yen by yourself before placing an order. -
Credit cardVISA & MASTER cards are accepted.We only accept credit card payments for orders in the UK, US, and Canada that do not exceed ¥300,000JPY Japanese yen per order.
Timing of Shipment
Your order is shipped after your payment is fully completed. In principle, it usually takes approximately 5 business days to inspect and arrange shipment of your order.
However, due to stock conditions, circumstances of our suppliers or our stores are in the busy period, there is a possibility that the dispatch of your order is delayed.
We will inform you "Shipping Confirmation" and "Tracking number" once your order has been shipped.
Delivery time depends on your country and which shipping company you choose.
Tax & Duty
No Japanese consumption tax is required for your purchase.
However, there is a possiblity that you will be required customs duty when receiving your order.
We are not aware of customs duty in your country. Therefore, if you would like to know it before placing order, please contact to your local customs office for more detail.
All import duties, customs fees, and procedures are the buyer's responsibility - please be aware of the requirements for your country.
BUSINESS HOUR
Orders and inquiries are accepted 24 hours a day.
Business hours: Monday through Saturday 11:00-18:00 (Japan time) ,
Regular holiday: Closed on Sunday.
Please note that we may not be able to reply to e-mails on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Please note that we may not be able to ship on Saturdays and Sundays due to shipping company's circumstances.
Shipping
Please fill all your information in English.
We ship with EMS, DHL and Fedex(full insured and trackable shipping method).
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically at the checkout page after filling your shipping information and selecting shipping company.
High value items cannot be shipped via FEDEX.
About shipping fee
The freight amount is calculated approximate freight budget amount, and it does not much the final actual freight amount.
We do not accept requests for refunds of price differences at the time of payment.
And if the shipping fee is less than the actual shipping fee, we will ask to charge additionally fee before progress shipping.
Please understand in advance.
Returns and Cancellation
*Returns
We have 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns as below 2 reasons (The return shipping fee is charged according to the specific situation);
- What you received does not match the description of listing(If problems are found, must contact us within 24 hours after signing package).
- Received a different gear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, will be informed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item arrives damaged, please check for any damage to your package before signing for your shipment and if you find any, report it to the shipping company immediately. And then please send a message to us within 24 hours and include pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the packing box as well, even if the box doesn’t have any visual damages.
*Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
A full refund of the purchase price (minus bank costs, PayPal fees, shipping costs, duty and tax) of the goods or exchange will be made once the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they left our premises.
You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at "imj@ishibashi.co.jp".
Though the amount will be reimbursed to your PayPal account if you have paid on its balance, you will receive the refund via the credit card company.
And it will take a few days to have the refund processed to your credit card, so please keep that in mind.
※Warning about a potential risk in the case of returning and refunding
There could be lags in refunding between Ishibashi Music and customers.That means the case of returning occurs and even if refund is initiated,the remittance will NOT complete immediately and may take days at latest.
Furthermore, please note that there should be a disparity between the price you paid and the one you receive as refund due to the fluctuation in currency rate between JPY and your denomination minute by minute.
Return due to problems with the buyer's national customs or transport company, we accept refund(the item must been arrives to our place), we refund the amount of the order minus shipping costs, import taxes on return shipment and all fees.
※Warranty
The warranty is only valid within Japan.
All brand new and all used items be taken or shipped overseas are not covered by warranty.
According to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, Warranties for almost all brand new items warranty are only valid within Japan.
※Regarding cancellation of items that use materials that cannot be traded internationally
We are not able to accept orders for items that use materials that violate international trade laws, and may have to cancel the order.
※Cancellation request after an order has been placed
There is a time lag between the collection of the package and the tracking number update,
so, even if the tracking number does not reflect that the item has been picked up,
we will not able to accept cancellation request if actualy the item has been picked up.
Also, even if the item has not been collected,
we will not be able to accept cancellation requests if the item has already been ready to ship in package at our item collection point.
※Attention for the electric instruments voltage
The voltage in Japan is 100 V, it is different from most of other countries, buyer need confirm the voltage of your country and probably get locally an adaptor for converting the voltage before use it in your country. For this we don't take any responsible.
For any other reason, we are not able to accept returns and cancellations.
ATTENTION
Due to the situation after pandemic, EMS stop to ship some countries and have the size limitation for some countries. DHL or Fedex cover these areas where EMS can not accept. You can select shipping company on order page after filling your information.
Any reason for returning item as the below, we can not refund shipping fee you paid first, additionally you might be charged returning shipping fee.
For example,
- Unpaid for custom duty
- Incorrect shipping information
- Failure of import procedures
etc...
Placing multiple items in cart
The numbers in brackets at the end of each product name indicates the 'Shop Number'. Items with matching values within the brackets can be placed in the shopping cart together. Items of which the 'Store Number' differs cannot be placed in the cart together. Please make separate orders in such a case.
