The Chet Atkins SST is an electric acoustic guitar designed by Chet Atkins and introduced in 1986.
This one is from 1999 based on the serial number and is the popular Ebony color. This is a spruce top, mahogany body electric acoustic guitar. The mother-of-pearl star position mark shines brightly.
The controller on the upper side of the body controls volume, treble, and bass.

There are dings, scratches, dings, and weather checks throughout, giving it a dated look. There is some paint tarnish on the back of the body that looks like wipe marks.
The metal plates on the volume and EQ controllers are dull from age. The truss rod has more than 60 degrees left in the tightening direction. The strap pins have been replaced with locking pins. The bridge pin has been replaced with one made in recent years.
The piezo pickup is originally integrated with the saddle and there are two shims under the saddle, and the string height is low, about 1.9mm at the 12th fret of the 6th string and about 1.7mm at the 12th fret of the 1st string.
The hard case that comes with the guitar is original from that time, and has some scratches and other signs of age, but there are no problems with its use.
Truss rod: more than about 60 degrees remaining in the tightening direction.
Neck condition: Good
Fret: about 80%.

Chet Atkins SSTはチェット・アトキンスの設計により1986年に登場したエレアコギターです。
こちらはシリアルナンバーから1999年の個体で、人気の高いエボニーカラーです。スプルースTOP、マホガニーボディのエレアコギターです。マザーオブパールの星型ポジションマークがキラリと光ります。
ボディの上部側面にあるコントローラーで、ボリューム、トレブル、ベースを操作することができます。

全体に打痕やキズ、打痕、ウェザーチェックがあり、年代物の雰囲気があります。ボディバックに拭き跡のような塗装の変質があります。
ボリューム、EQコントローラーの金属プレートに経年によるくすみなどがあります。トラスロッドは締める方向に60度以上残っております。ストラップピンはロックピンに交換されています。ブリッジピンは近年製のものに交換されています。
ピエゾピックアップは元々サドルと一体になっている構造で、サドル下にはシムが2枚入っていますおり、弦高は6弦12フレットで約1.9mm、1弦12フレットで約1.7mmと低めです。
付属のハードケースは当時のオリジナルで、傷など年季が入っていますが、使用に問題はありません。
