WANNABEE is a dual overdrive that combines two distinct distortion tones to bring your dream sound to life.

Circuit #0, inspired by the Bluesbreaker, and Circuit #1, a BEETRONICS-style interpretation of the KLON, can be controlled independently. Each offers three distinct tones that further expand your sonic possibilities.

You can route these two sections in series by swapping their order, or in parallel. Whether you want to balance the crispness of the Bluesbreaker with the body of the KLON sound, or use one to push the other, you can achieve the ideal sound everyone has dreamed of.

Even in the "wannabe" sounds that guitarists have long yearned for, the signature Beetronics texture—rich, juicy, and dripping with honey—remains intact. We promise it will become your next partner.
Routing That Makes Dreams Come True
At the heart of the WANNABEE lies a unique routing system created by the professional bees at BEETRONICS.

Not only can you change the order of the two distortion stages, but you can also blend them in parallel.

When used in parallel, control the blend ratio of each with the VOLUME knob. You can explore new sounds while making the most of each section’s unique character. The responsive tone control is also ideal for fine-tuning the blend’s texture.

When used in series, the section in the latter stage becomes more dominant in the overall character. You can set it up so that one section is always on to create a sweet tonal foundation, or use it as a drive + booster to accelerate musical harmonies. Furthermore, by cranking up the gain and volume on both sections, you can create thrilling, buzzing distortion.
Circuit #0: Bluesbreaker Style
Circuit #0, controlled via the knobs on the left side of the unit and the footswitch, features a drive sound inspired by the Bluesbreaker.

It offers an appealing tube-like, warm midrange and a clear, crisp texture reminiscent of vintage amps.

You can switch between three different flavors to control the low-end presence. This is useful not only for matching other pedals or guitars but also when combining it with Circuit #1.
Circuit #1: BEETRONICS’ Interpretation of the KLON
Circuit #1, controlled via the knobs and footswitch on the right side of the unit, houses BEETRONICS’ take on the KLON drive.

While retaining the KLON’s iconic transparent sound, it incorporates some sweet tweaks.

Additionally, three distinct "flavors" are available, each with a different clean blend level. Whether used in series or parallel, these help expand your sonic possibilities.
