オリジナルジャンボBODY・オールソリッド仕様で、TOPにイングルマン・スプルースを、SIDE/BACKにはローズウッドを採用。
TOP材には、独自の「A.R.E (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement)処理」が施されています。これにより長年弾き込まれたような豊かな鳴りを実現!!
ブレーシングは、従来と同様ノンスキャロップのXブレーシングで、今回のリニューアルではブレーシングを低くし形状も四角に変更されています。これによりXの交差ポイントがピッタリはまるのです! さらに、表板と裏板のブレイスをつなぐサイドブレイスを追加することで、弦振動をより確実に裏 板に伝えてくれます!
NECKは、マホガニーとローズウッドの5ピース構造で、より反りやネジレなどに強い強度を実現!また、10フレット部で 1mm薄くする形状をとり、ハイポジションでの演奏性も向上させました!さらに、指板エッジ部を丸くカットすることにより、手に馴染むスムースな演奏性を 実現!ヘッド裏側にローズウッドの化粧板とボリュート加工を施し、ヘッド部の強化も実現しました!
新モデルでは、弦高・弦間ピッチも変更され、従来よりも6弦側をやや低く1弦側をやや高くし、さらに弦間ピッチは0.3mm広げられています。
Customモデルに採用されているNECK接合形状を採用。ダブテイル部分の深さをさらに4mm深くし、豊かなサスティーンを獲得してくれます!
BODY全体を石粉目止めのラッカー塗装にて仕上げられており、レスポンス・ダイナミクスが優れています!!また、豪華なアバロンインレイも高級感を醸し 出しています!

The L Series, renowned worldwide as Yamaha’s flagship acoustic guitar.
Even 40 years after its release, the "L" continues to be cherished by countless artists as a legendary instrument... The reason for its enduring value is simple: it has consistently delivered the sound and playability demanded by each era at the highest level. It ushered in a new era of acoustic guitars in Japan, has continued to evolve with the times, and has always responded to the needs of its players. That is the L Series.
Featuring an original jumbo body and an all-solid construction, it features Engelmann spruce for the top and rosewood for the sides and back.
The top wood has been treated with our proprietary “A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement)” process. This achieves a rich tone reminiscent of a guitar that has been played for years!!
The bracing remains the traditional non-scalloped X-bracing, but in this redesign, the bracing has been lowered and the shape changed to a square. This ensures the X-bracing intersects perfectly! Furthermore, the addition of side braces connecting the top and back braces ensures that string vibrations are transmitted more reliably to the back!
The neck features a 5-piece construction of mahogany and rosewood, providing greater strength against warping and twisting! Additionally, the profile is tapered by 1mm at the 10th fret, improving playability in the higher positions!Furthermore, by rounding the edges of the fingerboard, we’ve achieved a smooth playing feel that fits comfortably in your hand! We’ve also reinforced the headstock by applying a rosewood veneer and volute shaping to the back of the headstock!
In this new model, the string action and string spacing have been adjusted: the 6th string is set slightly lower and the 1st string slightly higher than before, and the string spacing has been widened by 0.3mm.
It features the neck joint design used in the Custom model. The depth of the dovetail joint has been increased by an additional 4mm, delivering rich sustain!
The entire body is finished with a stone-powder-sealed lacquer coating, delivering excellent response and dynamics!! Additionally, the luxurious abalone inlays exude a sense of high-end quality!

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.
