Wizard-7 Shape / 5-Piece Maple/Wenge Neck
The Wizard-7 shape features the thin profile unique to Ibanez, offering a light, comfortable grip and playing feel that minimizes stress—qualities that continue to earn the support of many multi-string guitarists.

Rosewood Fingerboard & Luminlay Side Dot Inlays
The rosewood fingerboard is characterized by its midrange response and warm tone.
It features luminescent dot inlays that adapt to rapidly changing performance environments caused by lighting.

Jumbo Stainless Steel Frets with Prestige Fret Edge Treatment
Stainless steel frets are used for their excellent maintainability, fast attack, good separation even when playing chords, and clear sound when playing single notes.
We’ve adopted jumbo-sized frets, which allow for light fingering and excel at playing fast passages and smooth bends.
Additionally, the fret edges have been rounded to reduce resistance against the fingers during fingering, delivering a superior playing experience.

Spalted Maple Top & Alder Body
The body is crafted from alder, which is known for its balanced, bright tone and rich sustain.
The body top features spalted maple, known for its unique black-toned streaks.
Inspired by “turquoise”—HAZUKI’s favorite power stone—the spalted maple is finished in a see-through blue color to evoke the appearance of turquoise.
The striped pattern of the spalted maple represents the matrix (turquoise pattern).

Fishman Fluence Pickups
You can choose between “Modern Active High Output” mode (Voice 1), characterized by a crisp, biting crunch combined with a pure, tight bass and a modern “growl,” and “Modern Passive Attack” mode (Voice 2), which features an organic, high-output tone with excellent distortion character, Fluence’s signature dynamics, and exceptional responsiveness.
For HAZUKI, who uses high-gain amplifiers, noise was a constant source of frustration.
To reduce noise, the guitar incorporates the Fishman active pickups that have been used since the beginning.

1 Volume
It is positioned away from the right hand to take advantage of the direct sound achieved by omitting a tone circuit and to prevent the right hand from accidentally touching the volume knob while playing.
The Fishman Fluence pickup’s Mode 1 and Mode 2 are switched using the push/pull function on the volume knob.
