Overall, there are few scratches and no noticeable damage, but if you look closely, you will find that the guitar is clean as a used one, except for some wiping scratches.
The string height is 3.0mm on the 6th string side at the 12th fret and 2.5mm on the 1st string side.
There are no problems with the electrical system.
