Woody Guthrie's signature model!

The signature model of Woody Guthrie, the father of folk song and a major influence on the music scene in later years. It is based on a wartime Southern Jumbo and features a silk-screened written headstock logo and banner design, a non-binding neck, tiger-striped pickguard, and down belly bridge. The neck is relatively thin, with a measured nut width of approximately 43mm, and comes standard with L.R. Baggs Element pickups, making this model ready for live performance.
There are noticeable damages on the lower right side of the top and the center and lower left side of the back. The damage was probably caused by glue or paint that was applied to try to make the dents less noticeable, but the repair work seems to have failed. The damage has hardened unevenly or the surface layer has become cloudy. Other than those, there are some minor dings, some belt/buckle scratches, scratches, abrasions, and cloudy paint.
The neck is in fair condition, and the truss rod has about a half turn remaining on the tightened side. The frets have been rubbed together and are not dented, and more than 80% of the height remains. Both playability and sound are perfect.
The round-shoulder Gibson tone is very sharp and attractive. This is a player's condition item with some damage, but can be used without hesitation.

フォーク・ソングの父として、後世のミュージック・シーンに多大な影響を与えたウディ・ガスリーのシグネチャー・モデル。戦中のサザン・ジャンボを基にしており、シルクスクリーンによる筆記体ヘッドストック・ロゴとバナーのデザイン、ノン・バインディングのネック、タイガー・ストライプのピックガード、ダウン・ベリー・ブリッジをフィーチャーしています。ネックは比較的薄めで、ナット幅は実測値で約43mmとなっています。L.R.Baggs Elementピックアップを標準装備しておりライブの即戦力になるモデルです。
トップ右側下方、バックの左側中央と下方に、目立つダメージがあります。おそらく付けてしまった打痕を目立たなくしようと接着剤か塗料を塗布したのでしょうが、その補修作業に失敗したものと思われます。凸凹した状態で固まったり、表層が曇ってしまったりしています。それら以外にも、小さな打痕、多少のベルト・バックル傷、引っ掻き傷、擦り傷、塗膜の曇りが散見されます。
ネックの状態は適正で、トラス・ロッドは締める側は残り半周程度です。フレットは擦り合わせ済で凹みはなく、高さは8割以上残っています。演奏性、サウンドともに申し分ありません。
ラウンド・ショルダー・ギブソンらしい切れの良い音色が魅力です。ダメージはありますが、気兼ねなくお使いいただけるプレイヤーズ・コンディション・アイテムです。
