This 2020 D-28 features a forward-shifted top brace, a modified low overall neck with a 44.5mm nut width, open type pegs, tortoiseshell pickguard, and aged toner. The neck shape is more in tune with today's style of playing.
It is a great choice for all genres and styles of playing. Like the Levis 501, the Levis 501 is one of the most iconic American guitars, and is one of the first acoustic guitars that will last a lifetime.

The top and back of the neck show little signs of use or damage. There are a few scuffs and scratches on the side of the treble string, and some minor buckle scratches, scuffs, and a light coating of paint on the back, but these can be overlooked unless the light source is reflected off the guitar.
The neck has been ironed out by our repair department and is in fair condition. The truss rod has been checked for 60 degrees left and right. The frets have been rubbed together with no dents, and more than 80% of the height remains. Both playability and sound are perfect. The guitar comes with a non-original vinyl-leather wooden hard case.
This is a recommended instrument with a well-balanced sound that is easy to use and enjoyable, with a deep resonance typical of the current D-28, but without too much bass.

フォワードシフトしたトップ・ブレース、ナット幅44.5mmのモディファイド・ロー・オーヴァル・ネック、オープン・タイプのペグ、べっ甲柄ピックガード、エイジング・トナーをフィーチャーした2020年製のD-28です。2017年以前の製品と比較すると幾分明るい音色となり、またより今日的なプレイ・スタイルにマッチしたネックの形状となっています。
ジャンル、プレイ・スタイルを問わずオールマイティにお使いいただけます。リーヴァイス501同様アメリカを代表するアイテムに数えられ、一生モノ・アコースティック・ギターの筆頭に挙げられるモデルです。

トップ、ネック裏には使用感、ダメージはほとんど見られません。高音弦側サイドに若干の擦り傷と曇りが見られ、バックに細かなバックル傷、擦り傷、薄っすらとした塗膜の曇りが散見されますが、これらも光源を反射させない限り見落としてしまうレベルです。
弊社リペア部門にてネックのアイロン修正をおこなっており、ネックの状態は適正です。トラス・ロッドは左右60度の動作確認済です。フレットは擦り合わせ済で凹みはなく、高さは8割以上残っています。演奏性、サウンドともに申し分ありません。非純正のビニール・レザー張り木製ハード・ケースが付属します。
現行D-28らしい深いレゾナンスを感じさせながらも低音が出すぎず、使い勝手の良いバランスの良い鳴りが楽しめるお勧めの1本。
