This is a Gotts mouthpiece for alto saxophone. 2018HL is a model that seems to be a baptized Dukoff type, matching the Dukoff-like gloss with a high level of control. This model is easy to handle among high baffle mouthpieces and is recommended as a first high baffle mouthpiece. There are some discolorations due to its specifications, but there are no problems in normal use.
