This is a special program offered by PRS, a system that allows certain guitar stores and dealers to order customized guitars with unique specifications.
Special options such as wood, finish, pickups, etc., can be selected that are not part of the regular lineup. This results in a limited number of unique PRS guitars being produced, each built to individual specifications and in special woods.

Custom 24
From its inception in 1985 to the present day, the Custom 24, one of PRS' most iconic models, has undergone numerous specification changes and has always been a leader in the music scene of its time. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a combination of flame maple top, Korina back, and Korina neck. The fingerboard is probably made of cocobolo.

Neck Shape
The neck shape is "Pattren Regular". It is moderately thick and has a grippy feeling.

Pickups
The pickups are "85/15" which are brushed up from the early PRS pickups in 1985 for the 30th anniversary. The smooth bass range and clear and wide treble range give it a rich and shimmering sound that can be used for a wide range of genres, especially rock music.

Controls
This model has two outputs, allowing the sound of each pickup to be output independently to an electric guitar amp and an acoustic guitar amp (or DI). A separate blend control allows you to blend the sound of the magnetic pickups with the acoustic sound of the piezo pickups to create a sparkling sound from a single output. The sound changes dramatically depending on the blend, allowing for a wider range of sound creation than ever before.

Condition
The condition of the instrument is relatively clean, with some fading of the paint and dulling of the parts.

There are no problems with the neck, frets, truss rod, or any other playing-related conditions.
The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. have all been adjusted and fretted at our repair center upon arrival, so you can use the instrument with peace of mind.
