Gbson Custom Shop /1964 Trini Lopez Standard VOS Double Gold made in 2022 is now in stock!

Trini Lopez is an American folk singer known for his cover of Pete Seeger's "If I Had A Hammer" and for performing the opening ceremony for The Beatles.
This is a faithful reproduction of the "Trini Lopez Standard," which was released in 1964 and used by many artists including Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters and Noel Gallagher of Oasis.

The 3-ply maple and poplar top and back body, mahogany neck, and Indian rosewood fingerboard are used.
The fingerboard is decorated with diamond inlays.
The neck shape is "Medium C," which is moderately thick and has a comfortable grip.
Based on the ES-335, the head is a non-reverse firebird head with 6 pegs on one side.
The sound hole is a diamond-shaped hole specification as well as the fingerboard inlay, which was also a rare specification at the time of its release in 1964.
The body color is "Double Gold," a rare coloring for semi-acoustic guitars, and even the back of the neck is gold, giving it a unique look.
The body is also equipped with a Bigsby B7 unit, reproducing the specifications unique to this model.

The original "Custom Bucker" pickups are installed.
The un-potted Custom Bucker has a warm and sweet tone that goes well with semi-acoustic guitars.
You can experience the early humbucker tone of those days.

The condition of the guitar has some minor scratches and scuffs, in addition to the original parts and dull paint due to the VOS finish.
There are no significant scratches or dents that stand out and it is in good condition.

This guitar is so unique that an original Gibson advertisement in the 1960s stated, "The Trini Lopez-inspired Gibson guitar is as exciting as the young guitarist who was involved in its development.
Trini Lopez sadly passed away in 2020 at the age of 80, but even in her 80s she continued to play her own models, and the guitars bearing her name have been used and influenced by many artists' models.
This is one of the few gold-colored guitars available on the market, so please consider it as soon as possible!
