Ochanomizu Wind Pal Stock Items

This is a tenor saxophone mouthpiece by Otto Link. This is an Arrivabit period piece. The baffle and chamber have been refaced, but the baffle seems to be in good shape, and the chamber seems to have been made so that it can be blown in firmly. The sound is very much in the Link style. There are some spiral cutting marks on the shank that may be from the manufacturing process. The sound is that of a jazz tenor royal road.

オットーリンクのテナーサックス用マウスピースです。こちらはアーリバビット期の個体になります。バッフル、チャンバー内をリフェイスされているようですがバッフルは整えられている印象で、チャンバーはしっかり吹き込めるようにした印象を受けます。サウンドはリンクならではの雰囲気をしっかり感じられると思います。シャンク部に製造時のものかと思いますが螺旋状の切削痕が確認できます。ジャズテナー王道のサウンドです。
