This is a handmade Haynes flute. It was manufactured around 1971. Many players love Haynes’ handmade flutes with soldered tone holes; they feature the characteristic Haynes sound—a pleasant tone with soft overtones that create a warm yet powerful presence. Haynes flutes from this era have many fans, and I believe there are numerous highly regarded instruments from this period. This one features the rare covered key design, making it a valuable addition to your collection for switching between instruments. All pads have been replaced, and the instrument has been fully adjusted.This instrument still has plenty of room to develop its sound.
