This is a Selmer Tenor Saxophone Mark 6. It was manufactured around 1973. As a later-model M6, it offers a mature tone. Among Mark 6 models, it has a powerful presence and is recommended for those who want to produce a sound with a bit of edge. There is some lacquer wear on the bell caused by a stand. While there are signs of use and repair marks scattered throughout, all pads have been replaced and the instrument has been adjusted, making it ready to play right out of the box.
