The iconic model synonymous with active basses has arrived used!

After Leo Fender left Fender, he incorporated his expertise in electrical engineering into the instrument itself, launching this Stingray as an electric bass for a new era.

Since its birth, while specifications have evolved, features like the single pickup positioned near the bridge, the round pickguard, and the distinctive control panel shape have made it an iconic model, renowned not only for its sound but also its look.

This 2003 model with its 3-band EQ is no exception, boasting a commanding sound that's truly captivating.
It excels at punchy slap sounds with a pronounced bass and treble response, and it's also a great instrument for funky fingerstyle playing with boosted mids.

The neck condition is currently fine, but the truss rod can only be loosened about 90 degrees.
Overall, it shows significant wear, with noticeable darkening and numerous scratches on the fingerboard.

Additionally, the jack washer is missing.

It's no exaggeration to call this StingRay the third standard model alongside the PB and JB.
