The Amerivcan Vintage II, Fender’s flagship vintage reissue model, has just arrived in used condition!

Fender is, of course, the original electric bass.
This new arrival is from the American Vintage II series—a long-selling model that stands alongside the American Standard (now American Professional II) within the Fender lineup.

Based on the serial number and neck date, we’ve determined this instrument was manufactured in 2024.
It features classic materials: a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer-finished alder body, a maple neck, and a slab-jointed rosewood fingerboard. The neck shape is a C-shape, recreating the 1960s model it is based on.It is equipped with a Pure Vintage '60 Split-Coil Precision pickup, also designed to replicate the sound of the era. Down to the finest details, this model lives up to its reputation as a top-of-the-line instrument, embodying the full wisdom of Fender.

The sound is clear and powerful. It delivers the classic, straightforward Precision Bass tone you’d expect, but with enhanced clarity. The overall tone is full-bodied yet slightly open, revealing that this instrument has been played with care and precision over the years.
It offers a wide dynamic range with excellent balance, making it exceptionally easy to play. With its fast response and depth, it’s not only ready to perform right out of the box but is sure to serve you well for years to come.

There are some signs of use, such as minor scratches and buckle marks across the body, though they are minimal.
The neck is currently in good condition, and the truss rod functions normally. About 80% of the frets remain, so there are no issues with playability.
