ESP系列ブランドでかつて製造されていたオリジナルシェイプモデルが中古にて入荷いたしました!
今回入荷のこちらはG社のSGタイプを基にしたような角が短く、やや小ぶりなオフセットボディが特徴的な「Ultratone Bass」です。
2000年代初頭に登場し、現在では廃盤となっているようで市場でもあまり見かけないモデルでございます。
ロングスケールのモデルながら前述の通り、小ぶりなボディやJBタイプに近いナット幅が採用されており、抱えやすく取り回しの良い1本。
Jスタイルのピックアップ2発にコントロールもシンプルな2ボリューム1トーンとなっており、ミドルに粘りを感じるサウンドでございます。
ネックコンディションならびにトラスロッドの動作はいずれも現状良好でございます。
全体的に擦り傷・打痕が見られ、ボディサイドに大きな傷がございます。
また、ヘッド先端にやや塗装の欠けがございます。
ロックピンは付属いたします。

We’ve received a used original-shape model formerly manufactured by the ESP brand!
This particular model is the "Ultratone Bass," characterized by a slightly smaller offset body with shorter corners, seemingly based on G Company's SG-type design.
It first appeared in the early 2000s and appears to be out of production now, making it a model rarely seen on the market.
Although it is a long-scale model, as mentioned earlier, it features a compact body and a nut width similar to a JB-type, making it easy to hold and play.
It features two J-style pickups and a simple control layout of two volume knobs and one tone knob, producing a sound with a rich, full-bodied midrange.
Both the neck condition and the truss rod action are currently in good shape.
There are scratches and dents throughout the body, and there is a large scratch on the side of the body.
Additionally, there is some paint chipping at the tip of the headstock.
A lock pin is included.
