The Thunderbird Bass is one of Gibson’s most iconic bass models.
This model is known for its unique body shape—designed by an automotive designer in the 1960s—its long scale that produces a rich, resonant bass tone, and its striking presence that stands out on stage.

This particular instrument was manufactured in 2003, as indicated by its serial number, and features a mahogany body, an ebony fingerboard, and a through-neck construction with a mahogany and walnut neck.
Equipped with two humbucker-style pickups, this guitar delivers a punchy, rich sound that is truly captivating.

The neck and frets are currently in good condition, and the guitar is still in great playing condition.
The nut has been replaced.
Overall, it shows signs of wear appropriate for its age, including scratches, dents, and buckle marks on the back of the body.
The plate above the volume knob for the bridge pickup is missing, and there is a chip on the tone knob.
Additionally, there is a sign that one of the screw holes on the upper part of the truss rod cover has been re-drilled.
