A used 2026 Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS has arrived!
This rugged model features the plain-top, no-nonsense look characteristic of the 1958 Les Paul, along with a neck grip that’s slightly thicker than that of the 1959 model, giving it a truly masculine feel.

The guitar features a two-piece plain maple top, a one-piece solid mahogany body, a mahogany neck, and an Indian rosewood fingerboard. The neck shape is the “50s Rounded Medium C,” which offers a secure grip, and it is equipped with the narrow, tall “Historic Gibson Narrow/Tall” frets, ensuring precise intonation and smooth, stress-free fingering.

The use of animal glue for the neck joint, fingerboard lamination, and body top lamination increases bonding strength and unifies the resonance of the wood, recreating the “mellow tone and resonance unique to vintage Les Pauls.”

Equipped with “Custombucker Alnico III (Unpotted)” pickups, this guitar captures every subtle nuance of your picking and harmonic content, delivering a clear, mellow, and open tone reminiscent of a genuine PAF.

There are faint linear scratches on the body back, slight playwear on the pickguard, and a linear scratch on the truss rod cover; however, due to the VOS finish, these are not particularly noticeable. There are no prominent scratches, and the guitar remains in excellent condition.
The neck is in excellent condition with virtually no fret wear.

This is a wonderful guitar that strikes a superb balance between the plain grain typical of a 1958 Les Paul and the beautifully spreading burst finish!
