2005年製 Gibson Memphis ES-175 Natural が中古して入荷致しました
2000年頃に稼働を開始し、ギブソンのセミホロウモデル生産を担っていたGibson Memphis。惜しくも2019年に工場は閉鎖となってしまいましたが、今でも根強い人気を誇るメンフィス製 フルアコースティック構造のES-175。
ボディ・トップ/バック/サイドともに美しい杢の出たラミネート・フィギュアド・メイプルを使用し、ネックにはソリッド・マホガニー、ロースウッド指板を使用。
ヘッドにはGibsonロゴとクラウンインレイがあしらわれ、Kluson製 Gibson Deluxe Double Line/Single Ring チューナーを搭載。
20フレットのバウンドネックにはES-345やSouthern Junboでも採用されている、ダブル・パラレルグラム・インレイが採用され、薄くもなく、太くもなく非常に弾きやすいネックシェイプでございます。
ピックアップには安心と信頼の「57 Classic」を2基搭載し、マウントリングにはM-69を使用。
程よい広さのレンジを持ち、ふくよかな中域、コシのある低域、綺羅びやかな広域とジャズからファンク、使い方次第ではロックまで、幅広くお使いいただけます。
パーツにはニッケルを使用し、ブランコテールピースやワイヤードのABR-1を使用。
コントロールノブはリアのボリュームノブが交換されております。
全体的に使用に伴う傷や小さな打痕、塗装のウェザーチェックが一部ございます。
フレットは凡そ8割ほど残っており、トラスロッドは左右ともに60度回ることを確認しております。

A used 2005 Gibson Memphis ES-175 Natural is now in stock!
This Memphis ES-175 is a full acoustic that is still very popular, even though the factory closed in 2019.
The body top, back, and sides are made of beautifully grained laminated figured maple, while the neck is solid mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard.
The head features a Gibson logo and crown inlay, and is equipped with Kluson Gibson Deluxe Double Line/Single Ring tuners.
The 20-fret bound neck has double parallel gram inlays, which are also used on the ES-345 and Southern Junbo, and the neck shape is neither thin nor thick, making it very easy to play.
Two "57 Classic" pickups are installed, and M-69 mounting rings are used.
It has a good range, and can be used for a wide range of music from jazz to funk, and even rock depending on how you use it.
Nickel is used for parts, with a blanco tailpiece and wired ABR-1.
The control knobs have been replaced with a rear volume knob.
Overall, there are scratches and small dings from use, and some weather checking of the paint.
The frets are approximately 80% full, and the truss rod is confirmed to turn 60 degrees on both the left and right sides.
