USED GIBSON USA / SG Voodoo Juju -2004- Juju [04]

A used 2004 SG Voodoo has arrived.

The body is made of swamp ash, and the neck is mahogany.
The neck profile is rounded, and the fingerboard is made of ebony.

The position inlays feature a "Red pearl acrylic Voodoo skull" only on the 5th fret; there are no inlays on the other frets.
As usual, white dot inlays are applied to the sides from the 3rd to the 21st fret.

For hardware, it features Grover Kidney Tuners, a black chrome Tune-o-matic bridge,
a Stopbar tailpiece, and black top-hat knobs with red lettering, creating a unified black and red aesthetic.

The pickups are Black Magic double-slug 496R/500T models, with black-bobbin and red-bobbin versions mounted opposite each other in the bridge and neck positions.
There are no signs that the hardware or electronics have been replaced.

As for the sound, when driven, it delivers a distorted tone with great groove, just as its appearance suggests, but it also produces a clean, crisp sound.

There are various minor scratches from use, including scuffs on the cutaway, dents, and buckle marks, but these actually seem to add to the guitar’s character.
(I especially love the scuff marks on the cutaway.)
