Gibson Moderne Heritage

The Moderne, which was scheduled for release alongside the Flying V and Futura (Explorer)—both featuring innovative body shapes introduced in 1958—but ultimately became a phantom model

The Moderne was recreated in 1982–83 based on the original blueprints
The body is made of three-piece Corina wood.
The neck is also constructed from three-piece Corina wood.
The fingerboard is made of rosewood.
The headstock features the distinctive "spatula" design, and roller-style string guides prevent the strings from interfering with each other.

It is equipped with an engraved, numbered PAF pickup
The pickup cover has been removed once and re-soldered.
Given the era, the bobbin likely features a T-shape.
These pickups have become quite rare nowadays.

Pot Date: R137 “82” 29 × 3 (Manufactured in 1982)

Replaced parts: front pickup mounting ring, nut, and frets
Overall, there are quite a few scratches, and there are some areas where the finish has peeled off.
The neck is currently straight, and the truss rod is adjustable.
