ナッシュビルファクトリーのGibson Custom Shopにて生産されたヒストリックコレクションのES-335が入荷いたしました!
カラマズーファクトリー時代から現役で使用しているプレスマシーンでラミネイトしたメイプル/ポプラ/メイプルのボディにソリッド・マホガニー・ネック、ローズウッド指板のウッドマテリアルを採用し、セットネック方式はロングテノン。職人による手作業で一本一本組み上げられております。
ヘッドにはGibsonロゴやクラウンインレイが施され、ペグがSPERZEL Trim-Lok 3×3 Nickelに交換されております。
ES-335TDが生まれて間もない1959年の仕様を再現したバウンドネックにはドットポジションマークを採用し、握り応えのある肉厚なC-Shapeとなっております。
ピックアップには安心と信頼の「57 Classic」を2基搭載し、CTS製ポットやバンブルビーレプリカコンデンサーを使用。ジャズから激しいロックまで幅広くお使い頂けます。
使用に伴う傷や打痕、擦れなどございますが、フレットは約8割ほど残っており、トラスロッドも左右共に90度動作することを確認しております。

Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection 1959 ES-335 Reissue Cherry Red -2007-
A Historic Collection ES-335 produced at the Nashville Factory's Gibson Custom Shop has arrived!
It features a maple/poplar/maple laminated body pressed using the same press machine in active use since the Kalamazoo factory era, a solid mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The set neck is constructed with a long tenon. Each instrument is meticulously hand-assembled by skilled craftsmen.
The headstock features the Gibson logo and crown inlay, and the tuners have been replaced with Sperzel Trim-Lok 3×3 Nickel.
The bound neck, recreating the 1959 specification from the early days of the ES-335TD, features dot position markers and a substantial, comfortable C-shape.
It is equipped with two reliable and trusted "57 Classic" pickups, using CTS pots and Bumblebee replica capacitors. It can be used for a wide range of styles, from jazz to intense rock.
There are some scratches, dents, and scuffs from use, but the frets have approximately 80% life remaining. The truss rod has been confirmed to move 90 degrees in both directions.
