BACCHUS STD-JB5 Ash Rosewood Brown Oil Finish

This is the “STD-JB5 ASH,” a 5-string active jazz bass from Bacchus’s Craft Series (Made in Japan), renowned for its excellent value and proven quality.
This model is currently out of production.

It features the exceptionally meticulous assembly typical of Japanese-made instruments and a wide-range, tight sound produced by its ash body. Equipped with an EB2 active circuit, it delivers a powerful sound.

It shows signs of use, including scratches and dents. While the finish is originally matte, there are areas where the finish has developed a slight sheen.
There was some slight crackling from the volume knob on the bridge side, but it has been cleaned.
The neck remains straight, and the truss rod is in good condition.
