The "RG" is the iconic model of Ibanez. More than 35 years after its debut, the RG continues to evolve while inheriting the appearance of its debut, and has become a favorite instrument of many guitarists.
This is the concept behind the Ibanez J-LINE series "RG6", "a new standard of RG" for today's and the next generation of guitarists, while maintaining the Ibanez character that emanates from the RG. This is the concept behind the Ibanez J-LINE series "RG6 HSHFX".
The design, which lacks even position marks when viewed from the front, may not be to everyone's liking, but for players who can play, and for those who are determined to learn to play, it is a design that will become their identity. However, for players who "can play" and who are determined to "learn to play," the cleanness of the design can become their identity.
In terms of features and specifications, the BKF has a fixed bridge construction with a monorail bridge, a locking machine head, and luminescent inlays on the side of the fretboard.
Following the debut BKF (Black Flat) color model, a new "KMF (Khaki Metallic Flat)" color model has been added to the lineup to give it a more subdued look and feel.

The V7/V8 pickups were widely used in the late 90's when loud music was at its peak.
The front pickups (V7) are designed for powerful midrange and high frequency dropout, and the rear pickups (V8) are designed for low-frequency power.
The single pickup is the S1, designed to be used in combination with the V7/V8.
